90's high waisted plaid shorts

Vintage 1990's plaid, high- waisted shorts. Has belt loops and pockets still sewn up (take a seam ripper to open pockets for use). Tagged as a size 16 but best fits a large. Model is an XL with the shorts fitting tight.
