Handmade vintage 1980's blue and black polkadot prom dress with cutest bows and puffy sleeves. Top half is black velvet. Could wear more casually with a cap and some jeans/ trousers or more formal with some heals and pearls. Size small modeled on a size small, has room for some curves from the waist down.
